　　個人簡介
　　2010年6月畢業(yè)于英國曼徹斯特大學商學院（MBS),信息學博士,電子商務(wù)碩士。2006年起在英國曼徹斯特大學商學院擔任助教和助研，主要從事Information System (IS)信息系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域社會、組織、信任、行為和個人等因素相關(guān)研究。曾承接和參與過多個國際和歐盟項目。多次在歐洲和北美的國際權(quán)威學術(shù)會議上進行宣講。在國外期間，曾擔任多家IT公司咨詢和董事。2010年8月起在對外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學信息學院電子商務(wù)系從事教學與科研工作。主持過國家自然科學基金兩項，教育部課題一項，校級課題多項。在 Information Technology and People, Group Decision and Negotiation, Computers in Human Behavior, Journal of Global IT Management，ICIS,HICSS 等國內(nèi)外權(quán)威期刊和頂級會議發(fā)表論文30余篇，出版英文專著一部，申請國家專利一項，國家軟件著作權(quán)一項。擔任過Journal of Management Information System等信息系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域國際頂級期刊和ICIS,HICSS,ECIS等頂級會議評審專家。獲得過北京市第八屆青年教師教學基本功比賽二等獎，北京大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)設(shè)計競賽優(yōu)秀指導老師，對外經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易大學優(yōu)秀班主任等獎勵。

　　主要研究和興趣領(lǐng)域有電子商務(wù)和信息系統(tǒng)各領(lǐng)域：協(xié)作工程學(collaboration engineering)，團隊協(xié)作方法、流程與技術(shù)，虛擬團隊，信任（trust）及其發(fā)展研究，服務(wù)科學、管理與工程（SSME），信息系統(tǒng)模式設(shè)計與評估，服務(wù)外包，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展和策略，信息化企業(yè)和國內(nèi)外團隊中的組織行為研究，電子金融，電子營銷和分銷，系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與評估等。
