楊駿，教授、主任醫(yī)師、國(guó)家名中醫(yī)、安徽省江淮名醫(yī)、研究生導(dǎo)師。安徽中醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院院長(zhǎng)。中國(guó)針灸學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，中國(guó)針灸學(xué)會(huì)臨床分會(huì)副主任委員，中國(guó)針灸學(xué)會(huì)腦病專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員，國(guó)家名老中醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)繼承指導(dǎo)老師，安徽省針灸學(xué)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)，安徽中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)、安徽中醫(yī)藥管理學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)副理事長(zhǎng)，安徽省學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人，安徽省跨世紀(jì)人才，政府津貼獲得者。

1982年畢業(yè)于安徽中醫(yī)學(xué)院，1987年碩士研究生課程班畢業(yè)。從事中醫(yī)針灸教育及醫(yī)療工作近30余年，在中醫(yī)針灸臨床、教學(xué)以及科研等方面積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)并具有較高的水平。在針灸臨床致力于針灸治療及其作用機(jī)理的相關(guān)研究，擅長(zhǎng)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病、運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)疾病和部分疑難雜病的針灸治療。在教學(xué)方面主張理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，以臨床實(shí)踐促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)，先后承擔(dān)本科生、碩士生和國(guó)外留學(xué)生的教學(xué)。撰寫(xiě)并在國(guó)內(nèi)外專(zhuān)業(yè)期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文40余篇，出版專(zhuān)著10部、是國(guó)家統(tǒng)編教材《針灸治療學(xué)》主編。先后主持?jǐn)?shù)十項(xiàng)省級(jí)以上針灸科研，多次獲得國(guó)家和省部級(jí)科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。現(xiàn)承擔(dān)國(guó)家973、863、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局、省科委等科研課題10余項(xiàng)。作為客座教授曾多次應(yīng)邀赴歐洲、澳洲、亞洲近40個(gè)國(guó)家從事針灸講學(xué)和臨床指導(dǎo)，為針灸臨床學(xué)術(shù)的發(fā)展及中醫(yī)針灸走向世界做出了大量的貢獻(xiàn)。

Prof. Dr. Yangjun is the president of Anhui general hospital of TCM, Anhui University of TCM. He has had clinic experience for over 30 years in Chinese medicine & acupuncture. He is a famous acupuncturist in China and overseas. Because of his achievement, he is appointed as national outstanding doctor by the state administration of TCM of PR China, Also is the head of national key acupuncture section. Now he is a standing committee member of China association of acupuncture-moxibustion, Vice-chairman of clinical committee of China association of acupuncture-moxibustion, and Vice-chairman of brain-problem research committee of China association of acupuncture-moxibustion. He is chairman of Anhui province association of acupuncture-moxibustion.

Prof. Yang graduated from Anhui University of TCM in 1982, he has gotten remarkable results in teaching, researching and clinical job in acupuncture area. There are approximately from 7,000 to 8,000 patient visits per year to these clinics. Mainly treating neural-system, motility-system and difficulty case, he is followed by amazing effects in treating patients. Due to his outstanding performance, he was chosen to teach master and doctoral students in acupuncture as tutor and teaching oversea students from 40 different countries as professor. He has taught at 7 foreign university as visiting professor.

In past 30 years, he published over 80 papers and 10 books of acupuncture. He also published 3 national university textbooks as managing editor.

His researching works have awarded 4 times by central and local government. Now he still has 7 programs of national researching projects of acupuncture.

He visited near 40 country as acupuncture guide or visiting professor. He made great coutribustion for academic exchange all world.
